Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] No 4G on Stock Touchwiz

Hey guys, so here is the problem again, no 4G but 3G instead. I updated the roaming list and the prl #, still 3G. Restored and wiped. Nothing. What can be the problem? Thanks :)
 
I've had that happen to me recently. I called MetroPCS customer service and they did some programming over the phone...they had me call back to *228 and it automatically starting programming the phone, I didn't have to choose any options. My phone is rooted with a customer rom. After the update, my phone was back to working on 4g.

I did that but still no 4G, only 3G
