Help Microsoft OWA Access

I'm trying to get my wife set up with her work email on her phone. For reasons that stun me, OWA is the only option she has. She's been using Seven for a while, which worked great, but that spontaneously quit and we can't figure out how to get it back up and running.

Are there any other mail apps that people can recommend that will allow you to pull mail using only OWA? In the alternative, anyone had a similar problem with Seven that can shed any light on it?
