If you're on hboot 1.04 and in a bootloop i just downloaded the jbear hboot 1.40 and wiped, reflashed, then it worked. Or you could just try a full wipe (all partitions except sd).

Im on hboot 1.57. Had to do a pull battery and then power up while holding down volume key. Got back into recovery and did a factory reset. Then after that got back into bootloader and reflashed MidnightRom. With success!
Note: I followed the guide on the MidnightRom thread to flash the boot.img after installing the rom in recovery and that's what caused the bootloop!
That step isn't needed. Just flash the MidnightRom zip. It will reboot and after that it's all good! Thought I should warn others about this. Don't extract the boot.img and flash it after installing the zip!
