Missing s note

I had someone crash into my motor the other day and i decided the easiest way to take down the other drivers details was to write it all down in an s note. Just had a quote for the repairs and went to find the contact details and the s note is sodding gone. Anyone know what could have happened or anywhere else it may have gone.

If you have set up a samsung account you may have synced your s notes with the account on their server in which case it should be there.

No not synced to anything so it appears I have messed up. I wont be trusting s note again thats for sure.
