A phone that cannot be relied-upon to work as a phone, one might argue, isn't a very useful phone.
Such unfortunately appears to be the case with Motorola's Moto G. Just today I was subjected again to the loss-of-signal bug that has been plaguing some users.
For over eight (8) months Motorola has been aware of this problem. After an initial flurry of activity, the company appears to have lost interest, as evidenced by the lack of participation by Motorola representatives in Post KitKat upgrade BUGs (Loss of signal etc) since July 23.
What a shame, since, before Motorola broke it, apparently with the 4.4.3 update, it was a great little phone, and, other than this rather significant flaw, still is.
At this point I most certainly cannot recommend the Moto G. We certainly won't be buying a second one, for my wife, and mine may well be going back.
