Help Moment Problems

I found my samsung moment this morning after i forgot to plug it in last night. It wouldn't turn on so I plugged it in. Its been charging for 3 hours and still nothing. I tried taking out the battery, but that didn't work either. Before this it would refuse to charge sometimes, but that hasn't happened for a few weeks. Suggestions?

Are you sure it was actually charging for those 3 hours? Did a short press on the End/Power button show a charging battery? Have you tried different chargers, or charging via your computer's usb port? Our 2 original wall chargers both quit working on us because of an apparent weak point right by the usb plug. If that's not the problem, then your phone's usb port might be the issue, in which case you can try taking it back to Sprint for a replacement if you're still inside the 1yr warranty period. I think it's $35 to replace the phone (if they still have any).
