Help MOTO 360 (2nd gen) not paring with Nexus 6P

I've tried everything. I've re-booted both devices but the Nexus 6P just keeps tilling me that "No Watches Found" Any idea why this will not pair?

UPDATE: I THINK I FINALLY GOT IT TO WORK, BUT I HAD TO FACTORY RESET THE WATCH TWICE!! WTF Google? C'mon.

I had to factory reset my 360 first gen also.
