Root Motorola Photon 4G - Wifi & 4G issues

Hi, I am unable to connect to the Wifi & 4G. I see the respective toggle buttons are disabled on the home screen. In the Settings - Wireless & Network Settings, when I click on the Wi-Fi, it says, "Error."

I restarted the mobile as well as did the hard-reset. Can anyone help?

By the way, I bought this mobile (unlocked) online in India from a buyer on eBay. So, I do not have access to Sprint network.

Why are you trying to use 4G in India ? Its not even available.
Secondly what error Wifi is giving you ?
