Root Moving apps to SD Card

Anyone have any luck moving apps to SD Card?
I have read online that you can use titanium backup pro, but I try to follow the steps and get lost.
Complete noob to all this.
Can anyone tell me step by step how to do this?
TMobile LG Optimus F6, rooted.
Dont really know how to use root!

yeah I need some help with this too. I've got 300mb free but can't install anything cause that's not enough for a 4mb app.
I can't move anything to extSD card, since the internal storage is emulated.
