Guys,
I've been having multiple problems with my phones. These are:
1. HTC Sense seems to restart all the time when I return to the home screen from an app or a webpage
2. A part of the touchscreen, specifically number 7 of the calculator app, occasionally becomes unresponsive. requiring the phone to restart
3. Calls hang and the only way to end the call is to lock the phone and unlock it and then cut the call.
4. Occasional random restart
5. Touch keyboard starts selecting random extracts of text to cut & paste
I have an unrooted phone running Gingerbread 2.3.3 with Sense version 2.1. I use about 20-25 apps and most of them are paid and don't have any problems. HTC support keeps asking me to do a factory reset but despite a couple of resets, nothing seems to have worked.
If there is a diagnostic tool out there in the Android Market or other Non-Markets, which can help, I could give it a shot, but thus far have found nothing.
