Music files on my Hero...

Not sure if this is a Hero question or just a file question in general, but......
I have some songs that in my Windows folder have no artist name, just the artist and the title in the title field. They show up in my Hero music app as ??????????????. I can open Astro and find the files with the artist name and song title. How can I change the file to show the info in the music app? Do I have to change it on my PC then import it again? And if I do, how do I do it?

The phone doesn't see/read file names. It reads tag info.

Assuming they are mp3 files. Google "mp3 tag" and download it. Its free. Connect your phone to the PC, and mount, so you can see the card (again assuming thats where the music is) Open mp3 tag, navigate to the folder where the music files are, and fill in the missing info in the right fields. Now the phone should see what you want it to.
 
You don't need any extra programs. On your computer, right click the music file and hit properties, then go to the details tab. Put all the info in there.
