Help my cliq xt turned off and a bluescreen poped up

I was web browsing facebook,and out of nowhere ,I think the phone reset itself and a blue screen poped up saying something about the usb. It was NOT plugged in its charger or anything else. I tried connecting the charger,and nothing happened.

I'm wondering if the phone reset itself and why?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated
