One bite at a time...
Check the Battery life app within Settings in the App Drawer. It should give you a list of what apps are using the highest percentage of CPU on the tablet. This won't provide you data info but it'll let you know which app is using the most CPU time.
Another thing to try would be to disable mobile data on the phone and see which apps complain. My guess is that you have a poorly written widget or app that's acting up.
