Help My E3D Issues - Common or Unusual

I have had the phone for a full 3 days and have experienced a few different issues.

1. Clicking The Green Hornet icon launches Watch but clicking the watch button does nothing. I have to open Watch first and then launching from the title works. (Not an important issue)

2. The phone has frozen a few times while viewing 3D content.

3. When plugged into my Aux jack in my car, Music songs will start to skip forward automatically or the songs will studder. Pandora skips forward also.

4. The Google speech recognition program will auto launch, happen at least 6 times.

I have restored the phone to factory defaults and this did not help.

Anyone experience any of these issue?
