Help MyTouch 4G Restarts When Plugged Into Charger

When I plug my phone into the charger, it turns off then goes to the white MyTouch T-Mobile screen and buzzes once. Sometimes it even repeats the buzz/white screen over and over, but most of the time it restarts normally. I recently cracked my screen and it's been doing that ever since, even after the repair. Has anyone else had this happen or does anyone know how to fix this problem?
