Help n2a card

I have a n2a card on my nook, well my older mothers. when I click on settings eveyting is in German I think but since I don't know What language it is could be Swedish lol! How do I get it back to English? Any help much appreciated.

Unless you can translate the menus (or someone with a nook can blind guide you to the language settings, all I can recommend as a last resort is to factory reset from recovery.
This will wipe all data from the phone but when it reboots you'll be given the choice of language
(what's an n2a card btw?)
