Root Need 3 stable roms

I'm gonna be doing a review of the seeder app (I know I'm a lil late :-P) so I'm gonna test it out on a few roms but I'm not sure what to pick.
At the moment I'm thinking CM10.1 4.2.2, CM7 and maybe a sense rom? Is android revolution the stableist?
 
I'll have a look at blackout. Idea was to get some roms on different OS versions to see how well seeder copes (says that its doesn't work as well on 4.0+)
 
Alright then :-P is Mustavola (I really can't remember the actual name) CM10.1 rom the best JB rom? Might need to reinstall as I'm getting restarts and system FC's

Also I'll be testing each rom under 3 scenarios - stock, with seeder and then without seeder, but over clocked. I'm thinking to keep the first two at 1024 with smartass and SIO and then maybe a small overclock to 1200? Big enough? Should I go further

yap, mustafas cm is the best...and I'm on 1305mhz, smartassv2 and sio..try this.
 
I didn't think it was worth creating a new thread for this but I'm wondering what you guys would consider a fairly good overclock? Am I right in thinking 1.2Ghz is a small/noticeable step from the 1024Mhz and maybe 1.5Ghz should be a good sweet spot?
Looking for something stable with not too much battery drain that I can pit head to head against Seeder.

edit: another question - will I get better performance if my battery is full, as opposed to say 50% full or 25%?
 
Because I've been a bit slow, and realise that there's quite a few good videos on seeder I've decided to not continue with the video. I'll still use the rom/OC to conduct some benchmarking which I'll include the in the article.
1.4Ghz with SIO sounds Ok to me. Just need to check that's available on all of the roms.
Does the IO Scheduler actually make much of a difference?
