Need a valid QPST DL LINK...

I've been looking for a link to download QPST through my indulge to my sd card, so I can then transfer to my pc to fix an issue I have been having. I've been searching the forums and google for days trying to find one my phone will DL.

Version 2.7 build 355 I think is the one compatible with win 7, which is my OS.
Like I said, I need to dl it though my indulge to sd. My browser for my phone is the default internet explorer and I also have skyfire installed (for watching videos on cdma). I'm running basix with ES and my prl is 3027, if any of that matters.

Well I got my version of QPST and succeeded in what I was trying to do but the overall issue still persists. Metro can be a pain.
