Help need help going back to the 1.5v please fast

hello
i have v1.6 on my galaxy and i want to go back to v1.5 so i cant change my phone.
i have downloaded a back up of the compeny that has in it 5 files called "amss,ceche,kernel,recovery,system"
how do i go back to 1.5?
ive heard you need to use odin but i have no idea on how to use it also someone said to follow this guide:

UPDATE 8/12 - V4.4! - ROOT/RECOVERY IMAGE update, wipe, backup and restore GALAXY

but i dont understand it. when he says to flash the recovery partition and i wirte it in the CMD it wont find the comment. can someone walk me through how to do it please.
i need to go tomoorwo morning to orange.

EDIT: Do you know what firmware you want? (as in BMIK6 or stuff like that) If you don't know, where are you from?

now when i conected my phone to and started up the fast boot on the phone and hit enter in the CMD window it says that i have some adb problem and i should reinstall the program now i dont know what program to reinstall i tried to reinstall the SDK but it didnt help and when i go to device manager i dont see my phone in the list.
please help me thatnk you
 
In device manager do you have any ADB device listed?
If you do, try to reinstalling the ADB driver. Otherwise go from the start by installing drivers needed for your PC. Look in the sticky thread for that.
 
in my device manager i dont see the droplist other devices and my phone isent recognized in there but i do remmber that when i did the 1.6 root i did every thing wirtten in that guide and ,my computer does recognize my cell and i can put stuff and my cell...
