Root NEED HELP ROOTING MY LG!!

Hey does anyone have any information as far as how to root my lg ls 660 sprint lg phone it is a prepaid on top of that I don't know if that makes a difference but I already installed root checker apps and they say that it is possible to root this phone does anybody know what app or what software I can use to root this phone please help the software that I'm running the 4.4 KitKat is messing up my SD card and I cannot read any SD cards anybody with any information please help

If your phone runs kitkat or lollipop this should work. There you can also find a step to step guide.

Remember that I (or xda) am not responsible of possible bootloop or soft brick. Chances of those happening is small but they still are possible.

This method is worth trying, although your phone is NOT listed as one of the LG models it's confirmed to work with. It didn't on my VS890, it just kept getting to the 90% point and sitting there, until I finally gave up and pulled the plug several hours later. It might work for you, and at least you'll know the file download won't have a bunch of viruses!
