Root need help

i rooted my htc evo design 4g it went well but now i can't return into recovery mode it freezes on the white htc screen can someone tell me what i need to do to fix it

Try the full method. Pull the battery and reinsert. Hold Volume Down and press Power for a second or two, still holding Volume Down until HBOOT appears. It sometimes takes 10 - 15 seconds.
