Root Need Some Help Theming Apk.?

Hello everyone, I usually don't post cause I read alot before ima do something to my phone but now I need some little help. Since my phone got disconnected (indulge, yesh I know this phone be fading away & there's no development) anyways. I'ma keep using my phone to text over wifi. I been using GoogleVoice (Theres some gv theme out there but thats for 2.3+ since im stuck on froyo 2.2.1) I want to theme it ics style but I don't know where to start off? Like what file to change or pics to theme. Can anyone point me to the right direction or help me.? I have Photoshop btw.

Nice. But i know nothing about teeming, i could ask someone to help you. But no dev has this phone, so im no sure if it will help...
