Sorry for the delay in responding to you both. I honestly don't check in on the forums much. Do you both still need help, or did you finally get you're issues resolved? I found that by doing a google search you can often find the ROM package that you need online (ex: v10s, etc.), and then download it. You will then need some software for your pc from lg to reinstall the ROM.
