Help Need to have 3 G coverage instead of 4G on samsung Note 4

Please help an old guy. I have a Samsung Note 4 on Verizon. Inside my office, we have a network extender, also Verizon. There is little native coverage inside the offices. My other employees all have 3G phones and they have 5 bars of NeTwork extender service, I however have zero to none as the phone always searches for the 4G signal. If I go in the basement it switches to 3 G and I also have 5 bars of network extender coverage. I have tried to find a way to switch off the 4g inside at work, can anyone help?
