i have a x10 mini pro my service provider is vodafone but there are telstra apps still in the phone even after a full master reset. i cant send messages but can recieve them no worries. can i clear the phone again and download new software that wont bring telstra apps back?? if so please tell me how. ive backed up my necessary contents and am ready to go
