When I press Vol down n power key Getting a white HTC printed black display with "! sign each four corners. My pc's device manager also detecting "My HTC" inside "Android USB devices" n when I pull-off the data cable getting white display with the information below:

Can you tell us what mods you had made to the device before this happened, what actually happened before it went like this?

If you try to boot normally, what do you get?

when I'm trying to boot normally it directly giving the same black screen HTC with ! sign.. Please tell me what should I Do now?

Well not knowing how you got into this state I don't know how likely this is to succeed, but my first try would be to run an RUU (ROM Upgrade Utility). But even there some info about your device would help. Was it originally branded, and have you changed hboot? Normally S-Off means you have modified the hboot (at least run alpharev or revolutionary) but a few just came that way.

You can find an RUU at http://www.shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=android&model=Bravoshipped-ROMs.com. Which depends on whether phone was ever branded. Should choose Froyo, RUU (not OTA) and matching original branding unless you have a goldcard. Or the 2.3 upgrade one works on most phones.

Download ruu to a PC (unzip to get the exe if you choose the 2.3 one), connect phone via usb, and with that white screen showing try to run the RUU .exe. Charge phone before trying if unsure of battery.

There are other things can try if it won't run, but this is simplest.
