Help New Fascinate User....

Hi, I am a new Fascinate owner as of 1 day. I don't know how to do many things. I'm sure everyone goes through this. Unfortunately my daughter's have the Droid X so they cannot help a whole lot. I would like to ask how to you shut of applications such as Yahoo I.M.? Also how do you add icons to the screen for easier navigating? If there is a place you can read this stuff already I would love any links you can offer. Thanks so much!!!!!

To exit an application, you generally use the back key on the bottom until you are back to the home screen. Some apps have an exit button that you would usually access by pressing the menu button. You can also leave an app by pressing the home button. To add something to the home screen, simply long press an empty area of the home screen until a context menu appears...you'll then have several options for adding things to the home screen.
