Hello,
I have just bought an HTC Chacha and it is brilliant. Everything works fine, but when i put my 4GB microSD card into the phone, it doesnt read it.
I went into 'gallery' to view my pictures and it says 'please insert SD card' or 'no SD card inserted'. So i put the SD card into my old phone, Nokia E63, and everything was fine. All the files were there and it read the card fine. So i put the SD card back into the HTC Chacha but again it did not read the card and i was greeted by the same error messages.
I have checked under the SD card and Storage option too but the option to 'unmount' or 'format' are greyed out and the Total Space and Space Available say Unavailable underneath.
Is there anything i can do to sort this out?
