I have a Samsung Galaxy II s tablet. I have downloaded 2 apps now and I can see that each is down loaded. In the downloads file. I can not click on the app to gt it to open/function.one app is the impetus_interval_timer_apk. Where would I find this to use it. It is not in apps or widgets that I can see. How do I get it there? Thanks in advance for your assistance. 
I have also down loaded Babylon 9 a translator app. I can see the Baylon9_setup.exec. I can not click on it to set it up or run it. Sorry the learning curve is a nit different here.
