Yeah I saw your thread about that and realized I'd been dealing with it myself as I play around with different launchers, etc. "Always" means "Just this time," in Samsungese I guess.

Anyway, there was that OTA a while back.. obviously it did not address that issue, which is a bit of an irony when I come so close to calling my Note 2 "perfect" when asked by users of other devices how much I like it.
