Nexus 6P sticker removal on back

Anyone else had this problem? My phone arrived with 2 stickers on the back casing. Talking them off was easy, but have noticed they have left marks where they have been. It's not bad marking but I bought a brand new phone and expect it perfect. They will not clean off. Why should I have to buy a case to cover the marks up? Anyone complained about this?

Are you talking about the IMEI sticker? Mine came off without any problems. Any remaining residue / stickiness I was able to rub off with my fingers.

yes the IMEI stickers. Yes as I said easy to get off, but even after cleaning I can still see where they have been.

My first suggestion would be to try a little rubbing alcohol.

Probably best to use a very small amount first to make sure it doesnt affect the 6P's finish as well.

Thanks. I will go out and buy a litre of whiskey tomorrow. The rest will be used for medicinal purposes!
