Help Nexus 7 (2012) wont turn on

Hi, my Nexus 7 now wont turn on. When I try to turn it on Google appears in white and will just stay there. I can get the option for recovery mode and restart bootloader but they dont do anything, if i choose recovery mode Google in white comes on and "No Command" below the android robot on his back.

Can I do anything or is it totally had it ?

Forgot to say its up to date with regards version of Android.

Hey, i have a similar problem, but mine wont turn on period. no bootloader when i hold all 3 buttons even. my computer(dell pc w/ windows 7 home premium, intel i3) says its a unrecognized device.

I've run into this same issue on fiance's device. It's stuck on the "Google" screen, and I can get it into recovery, but unfortunately "USB Debugging" was not checked so I can't get it to be read by the computer to unlock/install/do anything to it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have experience rooting/installing mods, but I don't know how to get past this first step. All the youtube videos online assume the product has USB Debugging turned on.

Same as bupolo
Nexus 7 2012 ... unrooted, usb debugging not selected

Does not boot. [gets no further than "Google" screen]
Recovery mode gets as far as erasing... and have had it "work" overnight, only to have it still at the "erasing" screen in the morning.
Help!

DCFC79 - when you get to the No Command screen press and hold power, quick press volume up... then recovery will start!

If that does not work, you may have a dead motherboard. Its not all that hard to replace. Took me about 10 minutes total to remove & install a fresh one. Vids all over YouTube cover teardown.
