I have a Acer 720 and a nexus 5 and the Nexus 7 tablet the tablet seems to be very unstable and does not sync well will Nexus 5 is it safe to reboot or reset the Nexus 7 will I get a benefit or will I lose a lot of info ??

I would think resetting the Nexus 7 you will lose all of your info that is on it. What do you mean by "unstable"? And what is trying to sync? Email? Apps?
Also, do you have the 2012 or 2103 edition of the Nexus 7? The reason I ask, is I'd like to move this thread into the respective forum for your Nexus 7 so that others who have it, can assist also

Nexus 7 is slow to start and does not seem to work well then Google Drive .
Ah, ok then. Well, like I said, a reset (factory reset) will more than likely wipe all your data on it, so save what you need like pictures, texts etc.
Do you have the 2012 or 2103 edition?

Nexus7 is model numberME370T. Version 4.4.4.
