Help Nexus 9 Charger Specs

Hello people. I no longer have my Nexus 9 charger and am using a 0.25A charger which is a pain in the a**
Since i can not find any place to buy a original one,could someone provide me with detailed specification of the charger voltages output and ampers maybe other tech things to take in consideration which im not aware.
Also the charging was little slow, could a more powerfull charge fix this? Is it safe?

Although according to this page, the charger specs are:

• Voltage range/frequency: 100 ~ 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz
• DC output: 5 V and 1.5 A
