Help Nexus S 4G Update?

Tonight my phone went to a "construction android" figure saying "Downloading ... Do Not Turn Off Target". This update just sat and did nothing. I thought that the Nexus S 4g was not getting any new updates.

Does anyone know anything about an update?

That's very strange. There is no update out as far as I know.
