Ninja Kaka - Fruit Dojo: a game with surprise

actually it's not quite true
I don't live in any of the stated countries , but I have a rooted phone and using market enabler (or market access) I can fake my provider to something else (I usually go for T-mobile [US]) and get an access to all of the paid apps
Google checkout accepted credit cards from my country , so that solved half the problem
and I quote
"A man who wants to do something will find a way; a man who doesn't will find an excuse." ~ Stephen Dooley, Jr.

That's the opposite of the Iphone then.
With Iphone you have to jailbreak to get pirated apps.
With android you have to root to be able to pay for apps.

Btw, it's not an excuse... I know plenty of people who can't root there phone because they don't know how or they are scared to mess things up.

Google has to fix this. Not the users in those areas...

WOW. 94% Pirated? Thats terrible. How can google not have a measure in place to stop the piracy. If it continues we wont have any good games or apps left.

It's a shame really when a person wont pay 1.99c for a game. Its so cheap.

oh no , I didn't mean this was an excuse
Google gotta fix this cause it is annoying, even for developers who wanna post their apps on the market , they can't if they are not in those countries [LauncherPro for example]

my point here was , if someone wanna be legit , he can
but people tend to go for the easiest method, which is pirating apps
in my country , pirating software is too common, some people even never buy any app [and they consider this being too "smart"]

this is pretty bad for the android future

Yeah this is a complete ripoff of fruit ninja which is coming out within the next couple months for android. Game is not close to as good either so I'd stay away.

I misunderstood, sorry.

yeah, I know. It's the same in the Netherlands. The few friends I've got in the
Netherlands download there PC Games which (allready) results in ports from
consoles instead of PC exclusives and developpers moving to consoles.

Pirating apps really isn't good for anything.

speaking of pirates........there is also 'fruit pirate' on the market now

i like this game so much it works really well on my galaxy
but i have difference view w/ ur screenshoot
thanks for sharing

I downloaded this first before I got Fruit Ninja. I prefer the later, cause the graphics of this one isn't as sharp and neat as Fruit Ninja. :) You have to pay for FN, but it's worth it. It's very addictive.

94% piracy rate on this game.

source. where is it?

And people wonder why we can't get Angry Birds or any PopCap games.

seriously... what marketing company are you working for?
because all of this sounds like a bunch of BS.

even IF the 94% piracy rate is the case (which i highly doubt), these people have made ~300K dollar for a game that probably cost a team of three people three months to make. which would mean something like 50K budget. 250% earnings. and that's just android sales. because of the huge iphone user base, you can bet they made even more money there.
yeah, i'm sure they are very poor and idealistic people who struggle to survive...

though i suppose the argument admittedly makes more sense here than with various huge companies that people keep on whining for. because millions and millions of profits aren't enough...
