Help no blinking LED for missed Call when charging?

So the LED of the HTC Chacha usually flashes when I miss a call.

But when I charged it on the computer and came back to my workplace I didn't notice that I misses a call because it only shows the charging LED.

That's stupid, because I'd say flashing for the missed call should come before the charging LED. Any way to change this?

I'm not sure through the HTC Sense UI, but I know lightflow will let you do this, and a whole lot of other notification customizations.
