Help no contacts tab in karbonn a34/HD

We have purchased about 20 karbonn A34/HD tabs for our organisation.
the problem is there is no contacts tab in gmail in accounts and sync
it only has
sync app data, sync drive, sync gmail, sync people details.

when i go to contacts app into setting, it only shows un-sync phone contacts, when in this app i go to accounts, i don't find gmail there, add accounts give me options to add facebook and corporate accounts(MS exchange) not gmail.

this problem is in all the tabs, please provide some help.

SOLVED:
it took me some time to figure out the problem, though karbonn service center was no use to me they don't know the damm thing. Anyways the problem was that
com.google.android.syncadapters.contacts service was not installed by default so found the apk for ICS and installed and the problem was resolved
