No Internet from 02 network after rooting xperai arc s

I wonder if any one has had similar problems to this.
I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S . I recently upgraded from Gingerbread to ICS, and rooted phone, and it works incredibly fast and smooth. Problem is that all apps that used Internet on 02 2G or 3G will not work now except through my Netgear router or other WiFi like any free WiFi even Tesco, and hotels.
The Apps are Opera Mobile, LoveATC.net, Flightradar24, Planefinder, Ship Finder and Marine traffic, and Google Maps.
I use Titanium back up Pro to move all apps to 32GB sd card, and clean cache every day to improve space on phone, for upgades etc. Is there a system App or file that I should have not moved.

Also there are 9 apps , including RBS and SkySpy Pro, which will not move from phone to SD card, even using Titanium back up pro or Android assistant.
I have Data box checked on systems, regards, Duncan.

Thanks, found after a lot of digging on the O2 web site, the APN data. I set up two APNs as per instructions, and all my apps that I usually use away from home, work great , albeit a little slower. As for 2 G and 3 G would you believe that 2G changes to 3G halfway up the lift ladder to attic and changes to 2G again half way down ladder. How is that for bad luck. Recently the nearest Village West of here, got 3G so, O2 must be working on upgrades, amny thanks again, Duncan.
