Help No notification LED

Why won't my notification LED light up when I get an SMS. I switched over from the Samsung Transform Ultra which had full customization of the LED. I am using handscent and would love to take advantage of the LED on this phone since it is way more capable than the transform. I have even tried lightflow with absolutely no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My phones led flashes blue when I get a sms. Does this work when you use stock sms?

I get a blue led when I get a text.
Do you have your led enabled?
