Help No Sound on 2nd Call

This is an unrooted Nexus S. It had ICS on it and suddenly, no sound during calls, though there was a connection. Restart and first call is fine. Second and ensuing calls, same problem.

Tried a reset. No go.

Checked with SIM tools. Different settings don't help. The SIM works in other phones.

This phone and SIM have worked fine for 6 months with Golan Telecom in Israel. Suddenly, after the first call, no go. Incoming and Outgoing.

Help would be very much appreciated.

when i go to the about phone--status menu...it says-
network-golan t
roaming:not roaming
mobile network state: disconnected
my phone number:unknown

texting works 100%

After repeatedly restarting it yesterday in order to make a series of phone calls, I have found that it is now working all the time.

Perhaps one of the shut-down allowed it to do something it needed. I dunno. After a week with this problem I am happy. Hope it doesn't reoccur.
