My apologies if i'm in the wrong section... im new to this staff.
Ok , i have a North Cross Energy 7 tablet and it has been looked by google..
what is meant by this is i let my kid play with it and he draw the wrong model too many times and new is looked.
New it is showing at startup every time the google box askeing me to add a google account to unlock that i dont have any more....
The problem comes here , it has no reset pin and even if it had that will not solve the problem,
It has no volume buttons so i can boot to safe mode , it only has the power button.
So it i can't access the recovery to reset it to factory...
i asked the North Cross for support but no answer.
I hope someone can help me.
