not able to download whatsapp in my htc wildfire

Hi i am not able to download whatsapp on my HTC wildfire, it says 'initialising' and then stops at that. I am in India and use vodafone service provider. Pls help!

Any other apps work? I doubt this is just a Whatsapp thing.

Try clear the Market Cache via Manage Apps- Market-Clear cache.
