Not sure how I screwed this up. Haven't installed a ROM in quite awhile and was never that good. My phone currently turns on says

Recovery is not Seandroid enforcing
Set Warrenty Bit : recovdery
Shows Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Logo, then immedialy reboots and shows that again over and over. I've tried holding all the buttons, pulling the battery, holding buttons with no battery then again with battery in. I can't ever get it to do anything but cycle over and over.
