Root Notification bar gone

Hi guys, I reset my celphone and now my notification bar is gone, it dissapeared. I google for any solution but the answers I got just recomend to reset again, I did it again in recovery mode but the bar doesn't show up, could any body help me, or give and advice about it, please? I'll appreciate that

Try swiping the screen up or down (in GoLauncher, this is how you show/hide stators bar). Other than that, I guess I'm not much help.
