Root odin3.zip only image files on my galaxy rush

my galaxy rush will only turn on and do nothing. it is rooted. I froze some apps for better battery life and accidently froze something that prevents anything more than powering on and a blank screen. im trying all different options that i have read. they all require loading files onto my sd or ext sd card. but for some reason my laptop is not reading my phone at all and my phone will not recognize my ext. sd card.

Mount the SD card in a card reader and connect it to your computer to put the files on it. Most phones that will do an SD card boot will do so even if they don't formally "recognize" the card. (That's done by the OS, not by the hardware, and you don't care about the OS when you're booting, since it's not loaded yet.)

thank you for replying. I have found success with Superstock. The other problem solved using Kies to get my computer to pick up the phone. lost all my stuff i had on the phone but nothing crucial of course. thank you for taking interest.
