Accessories OEM Battery from Buy.com

I bought this battery from buy.com:
Buy.com - OEM Original 1500mAh Standard Li-Ion Battery for HTC EVO 4G

Got it the other day, works great - cycle charged, lasted as long as the original one. The battery sticker has some gaps in it though (the red sticker on the outside). I have the feeling it isn't really OEM...

I am not really concerned - but would hate for the EVO to get trashed and then not be covered because of an invalid battery. Anyone had bad experiences with batteries like this?
