Help Online only audio issues.

I do not have audio issues when on home screen or using any apps. I only have audio when viewing videos on Facebook and certain file sharing sites. Any help to this problem is helpful.
 
I forgot to add that the issue is that when playing a video, whenever a person speaks it is like they are on helium.
