Open a new line of service then pay ETF in 31 days...

What is the downside of me getting an EVO through Sams Club... $160 after their $40 discount on a new line on my family plan...

Then cancel the account in 31 days and pay the ETF of $200.. Total cost to me approx $360 plus my monthly for an extra line of $20.. So $380..

Downside besides being a bum?

The downside is after enough people do this, Sprint will raise ETF's just like the other carriers did. It's legit to do, so go for it I guess.

Normally, it wouldn't have crossed my mind. However, the unsubsidized price looks to be 499 opposed to 449 like everyone thought. 449 I'm ok with, 499 I'm not...

Might want to double check, but from a post I read earlier, I believe Sam's or Wirefly, have their own fee, if you cancel with in XX number of days, that would be in addition to the Sprint ETF. So if you want to go that route, make sure you read all the terms and conditions very carefully before signing on the dotted line.
