Root Over clocking 1612mhz ???

Hey all I have read the rush is 1000mhz rated but when using CPU Control it says max 1612???? so is that possible or did I read it wrong about the 1000mhz ...and is it safe.... I set my min value between 921 and 1024

Many custom kernels have the ability to over clock above the stock clock speeds.

Use caution going above the stock speeds, as it creates more heat and can cause instability
